WhatsApp Bulk Messaging Tool
Bulk messaging on WhatsApp is a broadcast of one approved template to many opted-in contacts, each message personalised with that contact's details. Done on the official API it is reliable and allowed; done with unofficial senders it gets numbers banned. Waki only does the former.
How Waki delivers WhatsApp Bulk Messaging
Import your list with opt-in status, pick an approved template, fill the variables from contact attributes and send now, at a scheduled time or on a recurring schedule. Every campaign shows delivered, read and replied counts, and replies land in the shared inbox.
Who it is for
- Retailers and brands sending offers, festival greetings and restock alerts to their customer base
- Schools, clinics and institutes sending the same notice to everyone on a list
- Businesses sending order, payment and appointment updates in bulk from a spreadsheet
- Anyone forwarding messages by hand from WhatsApp Web or a phone who wants a proper, compliant tool
Everything WhatsApp Bulk Messaging needs, on the official API
Each of these is a feature of the Waki app today, not a roadmap item.
Broadcast campaigns
One approved template, many contacts, each message personalised from attributes. Send now, schedule or repeat.
Scheduled and recurring campaigns
Pick a send time or a repeating schedule and let Waki send on time.
Import and segments
Upload contacts, keep opt-in and opt-out on each one and target segments built from custom attributes.
Delivery tracking
Delivered, read and reply counts per campaign, plus message and conversation reports.
Replies in one inbox
People reply to broadcasts. Those replies land in the shared team inbox, assignable to agents.
Template management
Write templates in the app and submit them to Meta for approval before the first send.
From sign-up to the first message
The steps for WhatsApp Bulk Messaging with Waki, from connecting a number to the first send.
- Step 1
Prepare the list
Import contacts with their opt-in status and the attributes you want to personalise with.
- Step 2
Get a template approved
Submit the message as a template to Meta; marketing templates need approval before the first send.
- Step 3
Send or schedule
Choose the segment, fill variables, send now or schedule; recurring campaigns repeat on the schedule you set.
- Step 4
Measure and follow up
Read the delivery and reply report, then handle replies in the inbox or with a flow.
Rules and pricing, in plain words
What WhatsApp requires
- Bulk messages go only to opted-in contacts; Meta's quality rating depends on it, and opt-outs are honoured automatically.
- Templates are approved by Meta before the first send; free-form text is only possible inside the 24-hour customer-service window after a customer writes in.
- Waki does not sell unofficial or WhatsApp Web-style bulk senders; everything goes through the official Cloud API.
What WhatsApp Bulk Messaging costs
Plans from ₹699/month, billed in INR with GST tax invoices. Pay for your first month or year at checkout; turn on auto-pay later if you want. Pay yearly and get two months free. Cancel anytime from the app.
Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are separate from the plan.
