What is included in every plan

The plans differ in channels, contacts, automation workflows, analytics, API requests, team members, AI auto-reply, campaign scheduling and support. Everything below comes with each of them.

  • The official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). Connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s embedded signup, or use a managed number from Waki.
  • Template management and broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts with Meta-approved message templates. Campaign scheduling on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Delivery, read and reply tracking for every campaign.
  • An inbox for every conversation, with notes, quick replies and media. Several team members on one number on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • The automation flow builder: keyword and event triggers, delays, conditions and webhooks. The number of workflows depends on the plan.
  • Contacts with import, groups, segments, custom attributes and opt-in and opt-out handling. The contact limit depends on the plan.
  • Analytics: basic analytics on the Chhotu Plan, advanced analytics on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • The REST API with API keys and webhooks. The monthly request limit depends on the plan.
  • Pricing in INR, GST tax invoices, payment by UPI, card or net banking through Cashfree, optional auto-pay, and cancellation from the app at any time.

    Plan prices on this page are before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice from Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Each plan card also shows the total with GST.

  • WhatsApp conversation charges, set by Meta

    WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are separate from the plan. On a number connected through your own Meta account, Meta bills these charges to you directly.

    Meta prices conversations, not individual messages. Inside the 24-hour customer-service window you can reply free-form; outside it you send approved templates.

  • Prepaid wallet for managed numbers

    If you use a number provided by Waki, a prepaid wallet in the app pays the per-message charges on that number. Wallet top-ups attract 18% GST.

Is there a free tier, or can I try Waki for free?
No. Every Waki plan is paid, and you pay for the first month or year at checkout. Creating an account is free. The entry plan is the Chhotu Plan at ₹699 per month plus 18% GST, paid monthly or yearly.
How does auto-pay work?
Auto-pay (UPI AutoPay or a card mandate) is optional. After your first payment you can turn it on from the Billing page in the app, and it renews your plan at the end of each paid period. Turn it off at any time and your plan keeps running until its end date.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Plan prices on this page are before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your GST tax invoice: for example, the Enterprise plan is ₹2,999 + ₹539.82 GST = ₹3,538.82 per month.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
The yearly price is about ten times the monthly price, so paying yearly gives you two months free. For example, the Professional is ₹1,499 per month or ₹14,990 per year, plus GST. Use the toggle above the plans to compare.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice from Aiclex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 09ABGCA0151N1ZL), showing the plan price and the 18% GST added at checkout.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel from the app at any time. If auto-pay is on, turning it off stops the renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. For a billing question you cannot resolve in the app, write to info@aiclex.in.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Cashfree and accept UPI, cards and net banking. All prices are in Indian rupees.
