Waki is a web application for businesses that want to use WhatsApp through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account or take a managed number, then run everything below from one account, with team access and INR billing.
Broadcast campaigns

Built on Meta's platform, step by step
Nothing here bypasses Meta. Templates, opt-ins, verification and conversation pricing all follow Meta's rules; Waki gives you the tools to work within them.
Create an account
Sign up at app.waki.in and pick a plan. Plans from ₹699/month + GST. Pay for your first month or year at checkout; turn on auto-pay later if you want. Cancel anytime from the app.
Connect a number
Meta's embedded signup inside the app connects your own WhatsApp Business Account. If you prefer, Waki provides a managed number instead.
Get templates approved and import opt-ins
Marketing templates must be approved by Meta before they are sent. Contacts are imported together with their opt-in and can opt out at any time.
Send, reply and automate
Run campaigns, answer in the shared inbox (free-form inside the 24-hour customer-service window, templates outside it) and let automations and AI replies handle routine questions.
Pay in INR with GST invoices
Payments run through Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking). Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are separate from the plan. On a number connected through your own Meta account, Meta bills conversations directly; on a Waki-provided number a prepaid wallet covers them.
Official platform, no workarounds
A WhatsApp number is a business asset. Waki stays inside Meta's policies so yours keeps working.
No unofficial senders
Waki does not sell "WhatsApp Web"-style bulk senders or any tool that works outside the official Meta platform.
No messaging without opt-in
Messages go to contacts who have agreed to hear from you, and marketing templates are sent only after Meta has approved them.
No shortcuts around Meta
Business Verification and the green tick are Meta processes. Waki explains and supports them but cannot grant either.
