Can I see a demo before choosing a plan?
Yes. Choose "Book a demo" as the subject, say what your business sells and roughly how many contacts you message, and we arrange a walkthrough of the app by e-mail.
How does onboarding to the WhatsApp Business API work?
Waki runs on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. After you sign up, Meta's embedded signup inside the app connects your own WhatsApp Business Account; Waki can also provide a managed number. Meta Business Verification is a separate step that raises your messaging limits, and the green tick is a separate application again. Read the Meta Business Verification guide
Who answers billing and GST questions?
Billing questions are handled by e-mail too. Plans from ₹699/month. Pay for your first month or year at checkout; turn on auto-pay later if you want. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice, and you can cancel from the app at any time. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
