WhatsApp Marketing Software

WhatsApp marketing means reaching customers who have opted in with promotional and transactional messages on the channel they already read every day. Waki runs it on the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform: approved templates, a shared inbox for the replies and automation for the follow-ups.

How Waki delivers WhatsApp Marketing

You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's embedded signup, or take a Waki-managed number, import your contacts with their opt-in status and send your first campaign from the browser. Delivery, read and reply counts are tracked per campaign, and billing is in INR with GST invoices.

Who it is for

  • Shops, D2C brands and service businesses that want offers and order updates read, not buried in email
  • Marketing teams running recurring campaigns to segmented contact lists
  • Sales teams that need enquiries from ads, QR codes and the website to land in one inbox
  • Founders who want to start on one number and add channels and team members as the plan grows
What you get

Everything WhatsApp Marketing needs, on the official API

Each of these is a feature of the Waki app today, not a roadmap item.

  • Broadcast campaigns

Send Meta-approved templates to opted-in contacts, schedule them or make them recurring, and watch delivery, read and reply counts per campaign.

  • Contacts and segments

Import contacts, keep opt-in and opt-out status on each one, and build groups and segments from custom attributes.

  • Shared team inbox

Replies land in one inbox where several agents work on the same number with assignment, notes, quick replies and media.

  • Automation flows

Keyword and event triggers, delays, conditions, webhooks and Google Sheets triggers handle welcome messages and follow-ups.

  • Entry points

Tracked links, QR codes, click-to-chat links and a website chat widget bring new conversations in and show which source they came from.

  • Reports

Message, campaign and conversation reports plus lead sources, so you can see what each campaign did.

How it works

From sign-up to the first message

The steps for WhatsApp Marketing with Waki, from connecting a number to the first send.

  1. Step 1

    Connect a number

Link your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's embedded signup, or ask for a Waki-managed number.

  2. Step 2

    Get templates approved

Write your marketing and utility templates in the app and submit them to Meta for approval.

  3. Step 3

    Import opted-in contacts

Upload your list with opt-in status, then segment it by attributes such as city, product or purchase stage.

  4. Step 4

    Send, reply, automate

Launch the campaign, answer replies in the shared inbox and let flows handle the routine follow-ups.

Rules and pricing, in plain words

What WhatsApp requires

  • Messages go only to contacts who have opted in; opt-outs are recorded on the contact and respected.
  • Marketing templates are approved by Meta before they can be sent; free-form replies are possible inside the 24-hour customer-service window.
  • Waki works on the official Cloud API only and does not sell unofficial or WhatsApp Web-style bulk senders.

What WhatsApp Marketing costs

FAQ

Questions about WhatsApp Marketing

What is WhatsApp marketing software?
Software that lets a business send approved WhatsApp messages to opted-in customers at scale, manage the replies and measure the results, using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform rather than a phone or WhatsApp Web.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business Account?
You can connect your own account through Meta's embedded signup inside Waki, or use a number that Waki provides and manages. On your own account Meta bills conversation charges directly; on a Waki number a prepaid wallet covers per-message charges.
How much does Waki cost?
Plans from ₹699/month, billed in INR with GST tax invoices. Pay for your first month or year at checkout; turn on auto-pay later if you want. Pay yearly and get two months free. Cancel anytime from the app. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are separate from the plan.
Can I try Waki for free?
No. Creating an account is free, but every plan is paid: you pay for your first month or year at checkout, plus 18% GST, and get a GST tax invoice. Auto-pay is optional and can be turned on later from the billing page in the app. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Can I send promotions to anyone whose number I have?
No. Marketing messages need the customer's opt-in and a Meta-approved template. Waki stores opt-in and opt-out on every contact and leaves out anyone who has opted out.
Can I write messages in Hindi or other Indian languages?
Yes. Templates support Unicode, so you can write them in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada or any other language your customers read, and Meta reviews them like any other template.
