WhatsApp Business API Provider

The WhatsApp Business API, now the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), is how a company sends and receives WhatsApp messages from software instead of a phone. Waki is the application layer on top of it: you get the API access plus the campaigns, inbox, automation and reports a business actually uses.

How Waki delivers WhatsApp Business API

Connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's embedded signup inside Waki, or take a Waki-managed number. Developers get a REST API with API keys and webhooks and a Pabbly Connect app; everyone else gets a browser app that needs no code.

Who it is for

  • Businesses moving from the WhatsApp Business app on a phone to a number several people can work on
  • Developers who need a REST API and webhooks to send and receive WhatsApp messages from their own systems
  • Companies that want customer service and marketing on one official, policy-compliant channel
  • Teams that want Business Verification and messaging limits explained in plain language
What you get

Everything WhatsApp Business API needs, on the official API

Each of these is a feature of the Waki app today, not a roadmap item.

  • Embedded signup

Connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's embedded signup in the browser, or use a Waki-managed number.

  • REST API and webhooks

Send messages from your own software with API keys, and connect your systems through incoming and outgoing webhooks. Request limits depend on the plan.

  • Template management

Create marketing, utility and other templates in the app and submit them to Meta for approval.

  • Shared team inbox

The same number serves a whole team: assignment, notes, quick replies and media in one inbox.

  • Automation and integrations

Flow builder with webhooks and Google Sheets triggers, plus a Pabbly Connect app for the tools you already use.

  • Indian billing

INR plans, GST tax invoices and Cashfree payments by UPI, card or net banking. Meta's conversation charges are separate.

How it works

From sign-up to the first message

The steps for WhatsApp Business API with Waki, from connecting a number to the first send.

  1. Step 1

    Sign up and connect

Create your Waki account, then connect your WhatsApp Business Account through embedded signup or request a managed number.

  2. Step 2

    Verify your business

Complete Business Verification in Meta Business Manager; it is needed for higher messaging limits. The guide on this site covers the documents.

  3. Step 3

    Create templates and keys

Submit message templates for approval and, if you integrate, generate API keys and set your webhook URL.

  4. Step 4

    Go live

Send campaigns from the app or your code, handle replies in the inbox and watch the reports.

Rules and pricing, in plain words

What WhatsApp requires

  • Only opted-in contacts receive messages; the opt-out is recorded on the contact.
  • Templates must be approved by Meta before sending; inside the 24-hour customer-service window you can reply free-form.
  • Business Verification is different from the green tick (Official Business Account); the green tick is a separate application to Meta.

What WhatsApp Business API costs

Plans from ₹699/month, billed in INR with GST tax invoices. Pay for your first month or year at checkout; turn on auto-pay later if you want. Pay yearly and get two months free. Cancel anytime from the app.

Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta are separate from the plan.
